Mayor Rahm Emanuel Announces Efforts to Fund Mentoring Programs

On September 22nd, Mayor Rahm Emanuel announced a bold and aggressive effort to invest $36 million in public and private funds over three years to expand mentoring programs to serve at-risk youth across the city.  As a city, we can come together to support our youth.
